This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the gk9 platform by Malaysian users. Please read each section carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided on the gk9 platform — whether through our website or mobile app — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and gk9 as the platform provider. Acceptance takes effect automatically when you click the "Register" button, verify your account, or complete your first transaction.
The gk9 platform is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Anyone below this age limit is strictly prohibited from registering or using our services. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
Account Creation, Responsibilities & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on the gk9 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or banking details — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information at all times.
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Not sharing your account credentials with any other party.
- Notifying gk9 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring that all activity conducted through your account is legitimate and compliant with these terms.
Gk9 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during the withdrawal process or when suspicious activity is detected on an account. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until the verification process is completed.
Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
Gk9 users are required to use this platform in a lawful, ethical manner that complies with applicable Malaysian laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to manipulate the gaming or betting system.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion between players, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
- Distributing harmful or disruptive content, or content that infringes on third-party rights, through the platform.
- Attempting to access areas of the platform that are not authorised to you.
Gk9 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, voiding transactions, or referring the matter to the relevant authorities.
MYR Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the gk9 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). gk9 supports a range of local payment methods, including online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, and RHB.
Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the payment interface for each selected method. Successfully processed deposits are typically credited to your account balance almost instantly. gk9 is not liable for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the gk9 account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be approved. Processing times range from 1 to 24 business hours depending on the method and amount requested.
Gk9 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing while identity verification or an account activity investigation is ongoing. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be subject to review before being released or forfeited, depending on the outcome of the investigation.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Gk9 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users arising from use of the platform, including losses from betting or gaming activities. Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming outcomes are subject to chance, and gk9 makes no guarantee of any specific result.
The platform is provided "as is". gk9 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions at all times. In the event of an unusual system outage affecting active transactions, gk9 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly based on system records.
Intellectual Property
All content on the gk9 platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the intellectual property of gk9 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The gk9 platform may contain links to third-party services such as game software providers or payment processors. gk9 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of those third parties separately.
Changes to Terms, Account Closure, and Governing Law
Changes to Terms
Gk9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Suspension and Closure
Gk9 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: violation of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering, provision of false information during registration, or at the request of a relevant authority. Users may also request to close their own account at any time through gk9's customer support channels.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the gk9 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
